THE TRUSTEES HAVE REVIEWED THE GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION REGARDING PUBLIC BENEFIT AND CONFIRM THAT PUBLIC BENEFIT HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE PLAYING OF FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS.
