Work to secure funding for a pilot project, as well as identifying a group of 5 potential barns that will be suitable to form a group within the Lake District National Park continues.LDNPA have been very supportive and design principals for the accommodation pods is well advanced. Grant applications to LAG LEADER were sadly not supported in 2019.

Objects: To Promote The Conservation, Repair, Restoration, Protection And Maintenance Of Historic And Architecturally Interesting Agricultural Buildings And Their Surrounds For The Benefit Of The Nation And Where Possible Creating New Opportunities For Such Buildings To Be Used In Such Ways As The Trustees In Their Discretion Think Fit; And To Advance Education In The History, Architecture, Traditional Building Techniques And Conservation, Preservation, Repair, Restoration, Protection And Maintenance Of Agricultural Buildings And Their Surrounds.
