I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/07/2020.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

TRINITY WORLD MINISTRIES TRUST TRUSTEF.S ANNUAL REPORT { PERIOD TO 31 JULY 2020 ACHIEVEMENTS A1 PERFORMMCE TRINITY WORLD MINISTRIES TRUST has succesSfiY delivered a progrnmme of spiritual upIiftment for Christians and non-Ch¥istians in the UK through talks and gatherings. A regular Sunday prayer gathering service served 50 people and secured a new premises for theiT services. The charity also provided a weekly soup kitchen for the public at their centre. This has helped over 25 people per week, which have included homeless peoplc. The charity Provided religious guidance and counselling to many CbrAStians to deal 1th issues encountered by them in their personal and social lives and provided a place for prayer for them. PUBLIC BENEFrt STATEMENT The Trustees have considered the general guidance on public benefit i&gued by the Charity Commission and h&s taken due regard of that guidauce. The Trustccs cOlder that they are satisfied that the charity's actiNTrties have bellcfIted the public as it has aIlowed Christians to develop greater spirituality and helped to meet the basic necessities nccds for nccdy people IL the UK. It h&s also bcnefitted the wider public by aIlowing therL to improve their h1th and lo relieve their suffering from health conditions fro which they are at risk. FINANCIAL REVIEW TRINITY WORLD MINISTRIES TRUST secured Substanti funds for tbeir acttvities and which were largely comprised of cash donations from trustees and other phiLanthropists. A restricted grant was also secured at the end of the period from National Lotlery to be expended in the corning ycar. The majority of the costs this period were on rent, speakers fees and repaiTS which excecdcd the dollations. A total of £35,813 w&s raised from donations, gEft aid and grants. Total expenses for the period amounted to £40.324. At the end of the period. the charity had reserves of £9.984 (net of liabtlitics) which M'ere maiDIy the restricted grant fidS {£9,973). Apart from this. Ihere were no free reserves. The liabilities were professional charges outslanding at the end of the period totaIling £1,000. PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIODS The charity would like to continuc to develop their serviccs furtb¢r by attracting morc people and users. This will help to meet the needs of thc public. The ckkarity s0 would like to attrart morc donations in ordeT to pay its cre41itOTS. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRUSTEES The charity's ttvstees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annu21 Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicablc law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accourlting Practice).
