The exienl to whlch our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities. including fraud, is detailed below. Based on our understanding of the charitable company, we identified the principal risks of non-compliance with laws and regulations including those that have a direct impact on the preparation of the financial statements, an inadequate rating following inspections by the Care Quality Commission and the extent to which n0￿coMpliance might have a material effect on the financial statements.
