**Objects:** 1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN MEDICINE AND MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AMONGST BOTH THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.2) THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE PUBLIC, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO IRANIAN AND PERSIAN FARSI SPEAKING PEOPLE IN THE UK AND THE DISSEMINATION OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE IN ALL ITS ASPECTS.3) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** Organisation of the following academic & cultural events:1)Four lectures organised the following dates 11th of May 2013, 20th of July 2013, 23 November 2013, and 15th of February 2014.2) Persian YALDA part 22nd of Decemeber3) IMS-UK Boat party on 31st of August 20134) Norooz GALA event on 15th of March 2014Telephone and Email support for Persian speaking patients throughout the year
