Para 1.20 | As a small charity it has been difficult to generate much funding over the 12 months 2021-2022 as we were still in the shadow of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have continued to support our brain tumour researcher who is still submitting a number of papers looking at ‘Developing a high throughput 3D all human in-vitro model of in the brain micro environment for screening re- purposed drugs & re-formulated drugs for the treatment of Glioblastoma’ This is the deadliest form of Brain Tumour we hope our researcher could help the public in the long term by finding ways of treating this very aggressive type of tumour & the type that killed our son. |
