**Activities:** SMNSC sponsors specialist education & training project at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre, Tanzania and NEURAM Foundation work in Mauritius. Sponsor Motivation Africa to fund the Kilimanjaro Association of Spinal Injury (KASI) peer support service. SMNSC sponsored the inaugural and subsequent AFSCIN conferences. Activities throughout 2020/21 and 2021/22were restricted by Covid19 pandemic
