FINANCIAL REVIEW Total income for the year amounted to £391.109 (2020: £521,438) of which £30.517 (2020- £209.659) wa5 restricted. Expendilure of £315,379 (2020.. £428,986) wa5 incurred of whith £36 ?9) {?020- £170.119) wa5 for re5tricled PUTposes. At 31 December 2021. the charity had unrestriaed fwids of £311.815 (2020: £230J03) of which £95.402 (2020: £15 J04) were designated by the Tnle¢S for crisis relief and social action and restriaed fitnds of £59.281 (2020: £65,063). The trustees satIsfd with the financial position oc the organi5ation * 31 December 2021 and are cotimistic that the siiai¢gie5 in place will lead to the ¢xganisation being able io fulfil its growth objectives. Investmont Policy The charity's surplus fund5 are invested in accounts with Barclays Bank. The annual eonferenee remained the principal uncenainty along with lxrtileri churches remaining part of the network.
