**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR ALLOBJECTS WHICH ARE REGARDED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND ANDWALES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFITBY PREVENTING NEW MIGRANTS FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TOINTEGRATE SUCCESSFULLY INTO THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THEY SETTLE.

**Activities:** To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing new migrants from becoming socially excluded and assisting them to integrate successfully into the communities into which they settle.  The Trust will also work with local host communities to encourage them to be more accepting of, and engaged with, migrant communities so that integration can benefit both.
