Objects: To Promote The Enhancement And Improvement Of Newmarket For The Benefit Of Its Inhabitants And Visitors By The Provision Of A Work Of Art To Honour And Commemorate The Work And Achievements Of William (Bill) Tutte To Advance Public Education In The Work And Achievements Of Bill Tutte, Including His Code Breaking Work At Bletchley Park During The Second World War, In Such Ways As The Trustees Shall Think Fit To Advance Public Education In Mathematics And/or Computer Science In Particular By The Provision Of A Scholarship Or Prize Fund For Young People To Study These Topics
