Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Small¢r EntilL¢S (effective January 2005), the Statement of Recommended Practic¢ 'Accounling and Reporting by C]JaTities' issued in March 2005 (SORP) and the ChaTiti¢s Act 1993. Income re50Mrces All income resources are included in the statement of financial activities when the charity is entitled to the income and th¢ amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy.
