**Objects:** 1. TO SUPPORT CARERS LOOKING AFTER PATIENTS WITH LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES IN THE AREA OF HAMBLETON & RICHMONDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT");2. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS TO PERSONS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, FINANCIAL HELP, MEDICAL ITEMS AND PRACTICAL AIDS;3. FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** The Charity aims to give the opportunity to patients with life-limiting illness, who wish to remain at home for as long as possible, the choice to do so by providing specialist palliative care workers and trained volunteers, who provide support for them and their carers.
