Centre for Women?s Development (CWD) is working to promote the cottage industry by, providing vocational training to women and their families who live below the poverty line.CWD is successfully running skill based training projects i.e. pattern cutting, sewing, knitting and basic literacy and computer courses in Pakistan.help to reduce poverty and provide a better future.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of Poverty And Sickness And The Advancement Of Education In Particular But Not Exclusively Of Women And Their Families In Pakistan And The UK, By Any Means Deemed Appropriate By The Trustees From Time To Time, Including:- The Provision Of Skill Based Training To Help Them Lead Their Lives With Dignity;- Emergency Relief For Disaster; And- Health & Nutrition Advice For Women And Families
