The objectives of the t￿￿1 are lo promote community panicipatiorL in healthy Tecreation by providing or
assisting in th¢ provision of faciliti¢s for llwtial arts and kn.ck boxing.
The trnstees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit and are mindful to
t[￿￿re that the charity remains adherent to the guidaEh¢¢.
ACHIEVEMEKfs AND PERFORMANCE
The ch￿lty has now returned to normal activity levels and consider the result for the year to be
satisfa¢tory.

The Board keeps the skill requirem¢uts for th¢ In￿te￿ under review and in the event that a trnstee

personally to them, or from a list of persoLq recommend￿ io the Board by donors or sponsot¥. The ultimate
decision on selection is, however, a matter for the Board of Ttustees.

The LIMTity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees
consider that an audit is not requir￿ for this year under section 144(2) of th¢ Charities Act
2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent eLqmination is needed.
It is my responsibility to".
examine tbe accounts under section 145 of the 2011 ACL
to follow the procedures laid down in the g¢ncrai Directions given by th¢ Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. and
to state whether particular matt¢rs have come to my attention.
B&8is of independent exaTninef s report
My ¢xamination was carried out in accordance with tbe general Directions given by the
Charity Con]mi&8ion. An examination includes a review of th¢ accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the acwunt% and seeking explanations
from you as trustees ¢on¢eming any such matters. The ptt>cedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as
to whether the accounts present a'true and fair view, and the rqK)rt is limited to those matters
set out in the statement below.
Independent examinds statement
In connection with my ¢xamination: no matter has come to my attention:
(l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respectthe requirements:
to keep accounting r¢¢or(ts in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act; and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the
accounting rcquirements of the 2011 Act have not been met; OT
(2) lo which, in my opinkon, attention should be drawn ill order to enabl¢ a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
