We helped over 800 di* during ts yw. rwivirbJ 830 referrajs offering 4,773 appointrnents.. ofwhich 17.5%
were delNerBd via the teleptK)ne, 16.5Vo (￿fine arKI 66% fac?4(rfa￿. The missed Sessi￿ rate was 13% of which
7% were 'No shcyws. and 6% were Eate ¢ancdlations.
The oveTrll number of at risk dients rose considerabty. corrpared to the FKevious year136% compared to 21%), and
the number of dients al mcKJerdte or severe or imminent risk also rose from 4% to 9°A. We made SO safeguarding

Flnancial Review
The results for Ihe year endir¥J 31st March 2023 slvm an overal suwus in year of £21.424. This cxjmprises a
surplus of £16,109 on unrestricted fvnds and £5,315 on restricted funds. The surF4us this year on unrestrfeted core
funds is mainly due to the in¢rease in dients beir¥J seen through ¥￿im$ of crime contract wth Ihe OPFCC
(approximately 39% increase in year).
This year. the tTUStees have transfeffed £8,rn) from general unrestricted funds lo the designaled reserves lo
establish a new fixed asset repL1￿ment fund. This together wtth the &￿sting wind down provision of £26.000, brings
the cumulative designated reserves to £34,000.
The surrAus in year on restricted fijnds mainty rellects the first year remaining frjnds for iwo new projects; Supportlng
Our Children's hAental Heatth and Chiklren & Young Peopk Emoti￿al Wellbeing Projecl bJnded by the Woodsmith
Foundation. These proiects tt>mmenced part way through the year and a￿ expeded to be fijlly spent by the etK* of
the new financaal year. The remaining balan￿ of £1.618 s￿wn again51 the Suicide Prevention Project will be spent
on delivering an appropriate eourtsdling training course in May 2023. The balan￿ of £3.845 shown against the M
funds for 2021122 have been requested to spend in the nèw financial year.
This brlngs the Gutnulalive reserves to.. unrestr￿ted £80.[￿9. lof which £46.069 represents general reserves and
£34,000 designated reserves) atKI restsicted reserves of £16.146. The brèakdown of these fvnds are detailed under
note 13 to the acYL)urts, Movement offunds,.
The level of free reserves. that is those unTesÈrKled fvnts not tied up in tangilk fixed assets. nor held in desigr)ated
funds, now stands at £42.364 at 31st Marth 2023. This suprK)rts the trustees. intentions of gradualty illGreasing the
level of free reserves to prov¥Je a pro￿s1(￿ of approximatety srx monlhs CO￿ operational wsts and a contingency for
any unforeseen emergency or unexpert& need.
Plans for the future
Despite continu￿1 uncertainty over fvnding, Cc¥nmunity is opb"mistic about the future and its ability to

As the charitys trustees of the Company land also its directors for the purposes of company law) you
are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requiremenls of the
Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Acr).
Having satisfied mysew that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16
of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination. I retK)rt in respect of my examination of
your charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (Yhe 2011 Act.). In
carying out my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under
seclion 145(51 Ib) of the 2011 Act.
