The surF4us this year on unrestrfeted core funds is mainly due to the in¢rease in dients beir¥J seen through ¥im$ of crime contract wth Ihe OPFCC (approximately 39% increase in year). This year. the tTUStees have transfeffed £8,rn) from general unrestricted funds lo the designaled reserves lo establish a new fixed asset repL1ment fund. This together wtth the &sting wind down provision of £26.000, brings the cumulative designated reserves to £34,000.
