The Primordial Foundation is a Charitable Incorporation Type of governing document Organisation (CIO), registered on 11th March 2013. The CIO was established under a Foundation Constitution dated 2nd March (eg. trust deed, constitution) 2013.

Apart from the first charity trustees, every trustee must be appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. The CIO’s objects as set out in its constitution are: “To advance the education of the public in the spiritual and philosophical traditions underlying western civilisation as embodied especially Summary of the objects in the teaching of the key pre-Socratic Greek philosophers and of the charity set out in spiritual teachers Pythagoras, Parmenides and Empedocles”. its governing document
Throughout 2021 our aim has been to further our primary objective of promoting the teachings of the pre-Socratics to a far broader and more diverse audience than has hitherto been possible.
Following the publication of Peter Kingsley’s groundbreaking two-volume work ‘Catafalque’ in 2018, the preservation of Dr Kingsley’s legacy has been one of our highest priorities. In addition to the production of various audio and video recordings centring on the legacy of the pre-Socratics, Dr Kingsley published a new work in 2021; A Book of Life, which Summary of the main was well received. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

We have a small amount of unrestricted funds available at the end of the reporting period, currently this is £6622. This should be more than sufficient to support The Primordial Foundations planned objectives in 2022.We continue to seek for additional sources of funding.
