Respective rèsponsibilitiesThe charitvs trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounls. The

independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibilrty to..

to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (undèr section 145151(bl of the Charities Act, and
to state whetr*r particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independenlmy examination was carried out in accordance with general Dire¢tions given
examiner's statsmentby the Chanty Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the
trustees con¢eming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evKlence that would be required in an audst, and consequently
no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view
and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement ￿lOw.

The athancemenl of the Christian religion, in particular but nol exclusively
by creating and distributing Christian lrterature in tradrtional (printed) and
electronic (digrtal) fomats 85ther at Lx)st Of free of charge.
Booklets introducing the gospels from the Bible have been published and
dislribuled through churches and other organisalions showing the
relevance of the Christian religion to all members of the public.
A completely new Easy-Read Bible and G08pel Story has been created
comprising 365 selections retold in story fomi from the English Bible printed
on dyslexic-friendly pastel coloured pages.
'Meet Jesus. books have been prepared and Bible GosFels continue to be
produced in an easy reading fomat.

been sent free of r*arge to Oasis South Afn'ca for distribution by churches
and other Christsan and educational agencies throughout Africa and also to
the OM ship 'Logos' via the USA.
