1. Giving an Annual Grant to support the Student Christian Movement in it’s employment of staff in it’s Faith In Action project.
2. Holding an Annual Conference to explore the relevance of Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s thoughts to present day action.
3. Operating a Bursary Fund to enable students and others to attend Dietrich Bonhoeffer events including those organised by other bodies.

Section D Achievements and performance
## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
1. A Grant of £48000 was paid to the Student Christian Movement in November 23 to enable the appointment of two half-time Faith In Action workers.
2. The 2023 Annual Conference “Bonheoffer’s Legacy For Today” was held as a series of online seminars in October & November 23.
3. Bursaries :
Grants totalling £5400 were paid to the Student Christian Movement as bursaries to assist 13 people to participate in the SCM Study Tour to Berlin in July 23 which included visits to sites associated with D Bonhoeffer.
- £3200 paid June 23 & £2200 paid July 23. (Additionally expenses of £49 were paid to participants.)
4. A Website is professionally maintained with the objective not only to make Project Bonhoeffer activities more widely known but also to direct enquiries to other on-line Dietrich Bonhoeffer resources.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 01/2024.
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner's statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
