**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK BY ALL MEANS, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TOLEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** We provide educational and social activities for retired/semi retired people over the age of 55.  These include speakers on matters of general interest ie the EU, history, nature, authors and art.  We also have theatre outings, visits to historical houses/gardens and museums.   Various groups are also run by the members which include walking, book clubs and astronomy.
