**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION OF ST. WINIFRED'S CHURCH, BRANSCOMBE, DEVON FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CENTRAL AND HISTORIC ROLE OF ST WINIFRED'S CHURCH IN THE LIFE AND HERITAGE OF THE VILLAGE AND IT'S ARCHITECTURAL VALUE.

**Activities:** To maintain the fabric, interior and churchyard of St Winifred's, a Grade 1 listed building. We do this through a membership of approximately 200 people who each pay a voluntary annual subscription. An elected committee make recommendations on projects for expenditure to our AGM which all members may attend and which takes final decisions on the use of funds.
