Cambrian Communty Centre llhe Centre.) opened in 1989 as wt of the Queen's Road
Estate development and under the auspw of Rthn￿d Parish Lands Charity (RPLCI. Its
constitutM was amended in 1999 ar¥J it became a registered in of that Y￿r. In
2002 the prp￿ety.run Wbrkhouse Gym cawe under the managmnt of tIE CCC. at which
int it became the Communty Gym.
On 1 July 2013 the ￿ntr8 t￿me an inoNpornteA d￿rIty. Iwnited ty guarant86, under

The Centre is situated in the Queen'8 Road Estate. an area of 8OCtal and Shelte￿ houslng. The

the year to 63 per in the April to June 2024 quarter compared with 31 perweek in the sarr

grant funding. It should be noted. howevw, that aprKoxinwtety £24,000 of this increase
is temporary as it relates to a pr&funding of the krtchen refurbishment whth has been

to manage those ¢hallenges.

explained by a change in the rent arrangernents wrth RPLC are hand￿. On an
