REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 The Irustees present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note 1 to the fi'nancial statements and comply with the charity's Memorandum and Articles of Association. the Companies Act 2006 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019)" Objectives and activities The charity's principal aims and activities during the year were to: -Promote the Hindu religion. -Advancement of the education concerning the religion and culture of the Kshatriya Association. -To relieve persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress in any part of the world. These aims were made po55ible by the income generated Irom donatlons and membershlp fees, The￿ have been no changes in the charity's objectives during the year. The trustees have paid due regard to guidan￿ issued by the Charity Commission in deciding whal aclivities the charity should undertake. Public benefit The principal activities of the charlty during the year continued to promote the Hindu religion through cultural and educational exchange. The trustees are aware of the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit reporting as sel out in Section 4 Charities Act 2011. The tfuslees believe that the charity achieves a public benefit by providin9 these services as detailed in the 'Objectives and activities, section of this report. Rlsk assessment The trustees regularly review the risks to which the charity is subject to on a rolling basis in order to protect the assets and property of the charity and ensure that they are used lo deliver ils objectives. Achievernents and perfomiance The trustees, as in previous years. continue to review the working practices of the charitable company. The principal objective of the Irustees remains to continue wilh their charitable and cultural objectives. We successfully hosted a Diwali celebration on 8th November 2024 at Ihe Kadwa Patidar Centre. The event was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by our members. We also held a vibrant one-night Navratri ￿lebratiOn along with our annual ChiSdren's Navralri event, encouraging participalion from a young age and helping them understand the cultural significance of the festival. In December, we hosted our Christmas party, which brought joy lo many children in the community. Our annual Maholsav took place al The Grove Theatre, where we ￿lebrated the accomplishments and contributions of three oulstanding community members. The extensive programme was enjoyed by all who attended. The Committee continues to support and encourage all members who take part in other charitable activilies in raising funds for other projects. Financial review and reserves policy The charity's balance sheet has cash reserves of £177.407 (2024". £196,603), and net assets of £383,528 (2024: £409,766>. The trustees are confident Ihal the charity will continue to generate reserves in the future which will enable it lo further its aims and objectives.

The Executive Committee, which comprises of at least 10 trustees, who meet not less than 6 times per annum, administer the charity. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 The trustees, who are also the dlredors of Shree Kshatriya Association of UK for the purpose of company law, are responsible for preparing the Trustees. Report and the accounts in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). Company law requires the trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state ol affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charitable company for that year. The registered Offi￿ Is 2A Villiers Road, Willesden. London, NW2 5PH. 1.1 Accounting convention The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the charity's Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Companies Act 2006. FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" {"FRS 102") and the Charitles SORP 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practi￿ applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102)" (effective 1 January 2019). The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102. The charity has taken advantage of the provislons in the SORP for charitles not to prepare a Slalement of Cash Flows. The financial statements are prepared in slerling, which is the funclional currency of the charity- Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The principal accounting policies adopted are set out below. 1.2 Going concern At the time of approving the fin8ncial statements, the trustees have a reasonable expeclalion that Ihe charity has adequate resources lo conlinue in operational existen￿ for the foreseeable future. Thus the trustees continue lo adopi the going concern basis of accounting in preparing th8 financial slalemenls. 1.3 Charitsble funds Unrestricted funds are available for use al the discretion of the trustees in furtherance of their charitable objectives unless the funds have been designated for other purposes, Restricted funds represent monies raised to acqui￿ Ihe freehold property in which the charity furthers its aims and objectives. 1.4 Incoming resources Incoming resources are reported gross. Incoming resources from charitable activities and investment income are recognised when amounls can be measured reliably and it is probable that the income will be received. Income tax recoverable in relation to donations received under Gift Aid or deeds of covenant is recognised al the time of the donation. 1.5 Resources expended Charitable expenditure comprises of all expenditure incurred in meeting the charitable objects. Expenditure is recognised in the period in which it's incurred. Expenditure includes VAT which cannot be recovered. 10-
