|Briefstatement ofthe char-||The trustees have agreed to hold a minimum
reserve off10,000 equi-|
|ity's policy|on reserves|valent to approximately
10%ofthe turnover
of the biennial
Winchester|
|||Poetry Festival. The primary
purpose ofthe reserve is to mitigate the|
|||risk of unforeseen
shortfalls
in income. Trustee approval

on the 2020 account represents
