**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS IN OTTERY ST MARY, DEVON AND SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.

**Activities:** We work closely with our local community to provide transport for medical appointments, a wide range of activity groups that focus on enhancing wellbeing and building social connections, as well as home-based services e.g. befriending, sitters for carers and practical support such as nail cutting. Our office is an information hub for our community about a range of local support services.
