Brief statement of the The Trustees review the charity’s reserves policy regularly in the light of charity’s policy on reserves Charity Commission guidance. There are three categories of reserves held. General funds are undesignated, and the charity's policy is to endeavour to maintain these at a level of up to three months of regular church giving income.
Designated funds arise from the setting aside of some general giving against the identified needs where required. These include maintaining a three-month operational costs contingency
Restricted funds arise where gifts are received for specific purposes. Expenditure is distributed in line with these requirements.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2023.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
