**Objects:** 3.1 TO CONSERVE THE NATURAL AND HISTORIC ENVIRONMENT OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE DESERTED VILLAGE AND OTHER EARTHWORKS AT QUARRENDON LEAS, AYLESBURY VALE, FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT BY; 3.2 ESTABLISHING PROMOTING, ENHANCING, MAINTAINING AND MANAGING SITES, BUILDINGS AND OBJECTS OF NATURAL OR HISTORIC INTEREST IN BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND FACILITATING PUBLIC ACCESS TO THEM INSOFAR AS IS COMPATIBLE WITH CLAUSE 3.1.

**Activities:** The Trust aims to conserve the natural and historic environment of Buckinghamshire, particularly but not exclusively the deserted village and civil war earthwork at Quarrendon Leas (QL). It now owns and manages the site known as  the Quarrendon Leas Estate. Additionally the Trust has been working with the Colne Valley CIC and the ramifications of HS2 within Bucks.
