The trustees present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 De￿mber 2024.
The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended
Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 1021 leffettive l January 20191.
OBJEcfivES AND ACTIVITIES
Objertives and aims
The principal object of the charity is advance the Christian Faith. tt seeks to do this locally within tts
immediate geographic neighbourhood area. but also across the UK and internationally with various
contacts that the charity has.
SÉgnificant acttvities
The principal fund raising artivity of the church is the offerings and donations made by the members of
the church congregation. The fund raised are used to support missionary work, both in the Unlted
Kingdom and abroad, to give Scholarship support to students, and generally to give support and aid to
those less well off in the community.
Public benefft
The advancement of religious education to/forthe Korean speaking congregatlon in and around the
area.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves policy
Total income received for the year amounted to £52,14412023 £53,555), which is the total incoming
resource.
Total expenditure amounted to £53,099 {2023 £56,112) that left net outgoing resources for the period
of £95512023 net outgoing £2,557).
The tru5tee5 applied and shall continue to apply accumulations of income to charitable causes after
making such provision for all expenditure on trust.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of Korean Christian Fellowship (the Trust} for the
year ended 31 December 2024.
Re5ponsibtlities and basis of roport
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordante with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('thÈ Act'}.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under Section 145 of the Act and in carrying
out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145{5llbl
of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with
the ex3mination giving me cause to believe that in any materia5 respect:
ccounting records were not kept in respett of the Trust as required by Settion 130 of the Act; or
the accounts do not accord with those retords; or
the accounts do ftot comply with the applicable requirements concerningthe form and content of account5 set
OLrt in the Charities (Account5 and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts
give a true and fairview which is not a matter considered 35 part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connertion with the examination to which attention
should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached,

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financlal statements
The financial statements of the charity, which is a public benefrt entity under FRS 102. have been prepared in
accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 1021 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities- Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to chartties preparing their actounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS L021 leffective l January 20191,, Financial
Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the
Charities Act 2011. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical c05t convention.
Income
All income is recogni5ed in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has entitlement to the fund5,
it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably,
Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement
and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis
and has been classified under headings that aggrÈgate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be
direttly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the
use of resources.
Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its
estimated useful life-

Taxation
The charlty Is exempt from tax on its charitable activities.
