Our main activity is to increase awareness of the developing world and its relationship with the developed countries through the use of television, radio and other forms of media.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public By:-(1) The Promotion (whether On Television, Radio, The Internet Or In Newspapers Or Other Media Outlets) Of Programmes, Articles And Other Sources Of Information On A Range Of Subjects, Including But Not Limited To The Following:-(a)the Social, Economic, Commercial, Ideological And Political Structures And Scientific And Technological Development Of Developing Countries;(b)the Arts And Cultural Achievements Of Developing Countries;(c)the Anthropology, Ethnicity, Cultures, Religions And Migration Patterns Of Developing Countries And Their Effect On Community Relations Within The United Kingdom And Elsewhere;(d)the Inter-Relationships Between The Economies' And Societies' Cultural And Religious Beliefs In The Context Of World Interdependence Of Developing Countries And Developed Countries;(e)the Media And Communications Systems Of Developing Countries And Developed Countries And Of International Organisations And Of How They Perceive Each Other; And(f)the Work Of Governments, Voluntary Agencies, International Organisations, And Inter-Governmental And Other Financial Institutions;(2)the Promotion Of Research Into The Abovementioned Subjects And Into The Contribution Made By The Media To The Education Of The Public In These Subjects And The Publication Of The Useful Results Of Such Research; And(3)the Provision Of Training, Advice And Assistance To Its Members And To Others On Effective Ways In Which The Media Can Contribute To The Advancement Of Education, The Relief Of Poverty, Environmental Sustainability, Racial Harmony And The Promotion Of Human Rights Worldwide.
