**Activities:** The charity runs the New Windmill Hall, Upminster which is available for use by the inhabitants of Upminster and surrounding areas for recreation and leisure time activities. These activities include wedding receptions,birthday and anniversary parties,ballet dancing, ballroom dancing and concerts etc. Local associations also use the hall for their regular meetings.
