**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE OBJECTS) ARE:1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF BISHOPS' HOUSE SITUATED IN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD, A GRADE II* LISTED BUILDING AND2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PRESERVATION AND HISTORY OF BISHOPS' HOUSE.

**Activities:** The main activities are that we have kept Bishops House open to the public each weekend, we have maintained a service to schools offering the children an opportunity to experience the House, we are now licensed for weddings nd we continue to host a wide variety of events.
