Activities

Provide and maintain a community centre in the village of Greatham for the use of the residents of the village and surrounding area. The Association has sections providing the following weekly activites :- Line Dancing and Carpet Bowls. Entertainment, social, health and educational activities may also be occasionally provided. Various other activities are provide through affiliated organisations.

Objects: 1.Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Greatham And Its Environs(hereinafter Called "The Area Of Benefit")without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Age, Disability, Nationality, Race Or Of Political,religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.2.to Retain,maintain And Manage A Local Community Centre Within The Village Of Greatham In The Furtherance Of These Objects 3.Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determined.
