TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN FLORISTRY BY ESTABLISHING A SCHOLARSHIP FUND TO ENABLE A SUCCESSFUL FLORISTRY STUDENT SELECTED BY THE FOUNDATION WHO IS ALREADY STUDYING FOR A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION TO UNDERTAKE FURTHER STUDIES AT THE JANE PACKER SCHOOL IN LONDON
