The Trustees, who are also director5 of the charity for the purpose of the companies Act 2006, present
their report with the unaudited financial statement of the charity for the year ended 30 September
2024.

The Charity currently has a strong team of Advisory board members in the UK who have helped to
secure financial support and contribute to the future planning of the organisation.

Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees:
The members of the General Trustee Board are trustees for the pury)ose of charity law. New Trustees
may be appointed by resolution of a meeting of the Trustees. Much of ihe charity's work focuses
upon ihe promotion of the Christian religion and the running and maint¢nancc of its placcs of
worship. The General Truslee Board seeks lo ensure that the need of its group is appropriately
reflected through the diversity of the truslee body. To enhance the potential pool of trustees, tl)e
charity has, through selective advertising and networking with voluntary organizations active in the
sector, sought to identify those who would be willing to become members ofihe charity and use their
experience to assist ihe charity.
Objectives and Activities:
The objectives of the charity for public benefil are to advance thc Christian faith in London and in
such parts of the Unitcd Kingdom as thc Trustces may from time to tlme ihink fit. Thc charity will
also from time to time undertake activities which will help in advancemcnt of hcalth or saving of lives
and othcr religious aclivilies. 'I"he charity inlends to support thc charltable aclivitics by providing the
building, facilitics and open space.
Operulional costs for this year have been supported by donations from trustees and gyeneral donations
received througih fund raining activities.
Risk Managemcnt:
We are cominitted to a policy of identifying, monitoring and managFing Ihe risks that might adversely
affect thc activitics in which we are involved. In Ihis context, risk is defined as ihe polential to rail to
achievc charity objectives and for loss, financial and reputational, inherent in the cnvironment in
which wc operate in the nature of the transactions undertaken. The principal risk of the charily h&
bcen dependence on voluntary income. Trustees have initiated various processes to mitigate such
risk, so thal the charity has sufficient reserve in ilie event of adverse condition(s). the Irustees have
also examincd other operational and business risks which tliey face and confimi Ihat they have laken
steps to mitigalc the sigynificant risks.
Public Benefit:
The Trustees have complied wilh the duty in Section 4 of the Charilies Act 2006 and have paid due
regard to public benefit when preparing this report. The benefit provided to the public is consistent
with aims of the charity in UK.
Flnancial Rcvfiew:
The largest contribution to the charity for ihe year came from general offerings. The charity also
receive rent from a flat within the church.
The charity currently aims to designate the total fund received less expenses for the main objective of
the charity.
Plans for Future Periods:
The Charity plans to develop various fundraising strategy to include community Outreach. Besides
community outreach and events, the Charity is aiming to achieve its targets tlirough securing

donations from willing individuals. A development board may be created to help include other
avenues of fundraising to be included in the yearly programffle.
Trustees Responsibilities:
The Board of Trustees are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
Charity law applicable to charities in Englandlwales requires the Board of Trustees to prepare
financial slatemenls for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of
the Charity and of the surplus or deficit of the Charity for that period. In preparing those financial
statemenls the Board of T￿￿teeS have:
Selected suitable accounting policies and applied them consistently.
Made judgments and estimates thal are reasonable and prudenL
Stated whether applicable accounting ￿andardS have been followed, subject to any material
departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements. and
Prepared the financial statements on a going concern b&sis (unless it is inappropriate to
presume that the Charity will Continue in operation).
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with re&sonable
accuracy at any time the financial p051tion of Ihe charity and io ensure that the financial statements
comply with the Companies Act 2006. The Trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets
of the charity and hence taking reasonable sleps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
The above report has been prepared in accordance wilh ihe provisions applicable to companies subject
to the small companies, regime as set out in Part 15 of the Companies Acl 2006 and in accordance
with the Charities SORP (FRS 102)

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF REBIRTH
TABERNACLE
I report on the financial statements of Rebirth Tabemacle for the year ended 30 September 2024
which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities, the Summary income and Expenditure
Accounts, the Balance Sheet, the Statement of Cash Flows and related notes.
Responsibilities and basis of report:
As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordanc¢ with the
requirements of ihe Charities Act 2011 ('the Act"), and consider that an audit is not required for the
year under Section 144 of ihe Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examination is required
Having satisfied myself that the financial statements of the Charity ar¢ not required to be audited
under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my
examination of your charity's financial statctnents as Ca￿led out under section 145 of the Charities
Act 2011 ('the 201 l Act,). In carying out my examinalion I have followed Ihe Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 ACL
Independent Examiner's Statement:
I have completed my examination. I can confirn) that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection with the examination giving tne cause to believe:
accounting records wcrc not kept in accordance with section 386 of the 2(M)6 Act: or
the flnancial statements do not accord with those records. or
the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements under section
396 of ihe 2006
Act other than any requirement that the financia] statements give a'tnje and faif view
which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination" or
the fjnancial statements have not been prepared in accordance ivith the methods and
principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by
charities applicable to charities preparing iheir accounts in accordance with the Financial

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the

For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of
the Companies Act 2006 related to small Businesses.

The financial statements have becn prcparcd in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by
Charities: Statetnent of Recommended Practice applicable to charities prcparing their accounts in
accordance with ihe Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic if Ii¢land (fRS
102) (effective l January 2015) - (Charities SORP (fRS 102)), the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) and the Compantes Act 2006.

Expendilure is recognised on an accrual's basis. Expenditure includes any VAT which cannot be

These comprise the costs incurred by the cliarity in the delivery of its activities and services in the

Governance costs:
These include those costs associated with meting the constitutional and statutory requirements of the
charity, including any auditlindependent examination fees, costs linked to the strategic management
of the charity, together with a share of other administration costs.

## **Other expenditure:** 

These are support costs not allocated to a particular activity. 

## **Tangible fixed assets and depreciation:** 

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life: Leasehold property 2% Straight Line Fixture & fittings 20% Reducing Balance Motor vehicle 20% straight line 

## **Trade and other Debtors:** 

Trade and other debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due after any trade discount offered. Prepayments are valued at the amount prepaid net of any trade discount due. 

## **Cash and Cash Equivalent:** 

Cash and cash equivalents comprise cash at bank and on hand, demand deposits with banks and other short-term highly liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less and bank overdrafts.  In the statement of financial position, bank overdraft is shown within borrowings or current liabilities.  In the statement of cash flows, cash and cash equivalents are shown net of bank overdrafts that are repayable on demand and form an integral part of the company’s cash management. 

## **Trade and other creditors:** 

Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price.  Other creditors and provisions are recognised where the charity has a present obligation resulting from a past event that will probably result in the transfer of funds to a thirst party and the amount due to settle the obligation can be measured or estimated reliable.  Creditors and provisions are normally recognised at their settlement amount after allowing for any trade discount due. 

## **Receipt of donated goods, facilities and services:** 

All donated goods, facilities and services received are recognised within incoming resources and expenditure at an estimate of the value to the charity.
