PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIODS
Thc Charity plans to develop various fundraising strategy to include community outredch.
Besides community outreach and events. the Charity is aiming to achieve its targets through
securing donations from willing individuals. A development board may be creuted to hclp
include oth¢[ avenues of fi￿draising to be included in the yearly programme.

As the trustccs of the charity (and also its directors for the putPQse of company law) you a
responsiblc for the preparation of the financial statements in accordaEEce with the
requiremenls of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act'}.
Having satisfi¢d Jnyself that the financial statements of the charity are not r¢quired to be
audited uT]der Part 16 of the 21)06 Act are eligible for independent examination. I report in
Tespect of my cxamination of your charity's fmrAncial statements ￿ carried out under Section
145 of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act.). In carrying out my examination I have
followed the dtrections given by the charity commission under Seclion 145{5)(b) of the 2011
Act.

The financial slatcmcnts have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and RqxTrrting
by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice tspplicabl¢ to charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporiing Slandard applicable in Ihe UK and
Republic if Ireland (FRS 102) (etrective l January 2015) - (Charities SORP (FRS 102)), the
Financial R¢porting Siandard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) and
the Companies Act 2006.

Cash and Cash Equivalent
Cash and cash equivalents comprise at bauk and on band deD]and deposits with banks
and other short-tcnn highly liquid invcstments with original maturities of three montJLS or less
and bank overdrnfts. In the statement of financial position. bank overdraft is shown within
borrowings or current liabilities. In the statement of cash flows, cash and cash equivalents
re shown net of bank overdrafts that are repayable on demand alld forni an integral part of
the company's cash managcment.
Trade and other creditors
Short temi cieditors are measured at the trdnsaction price. Other creditors and provisions are
recognised where the charity has a presenl obligation Tesulting from a past event that will
probably rtsult in the trdll5fer of funds to a thirsl party and thc amount du¢ to settle the
obligation can be mwured or estimated reliable. Creditors and provisions are nornially
recognised at their settlement anlount after allowing lor ally trade discount due.

All donated goods, facilities and services received are recognised within incoming resources
and expenditure at an estimate of the value to the d)arity.
