Objectives and activities
The Consuelo and Anthony Brooke Charitable Trust (the Trust) was
established to make grants to other charities in the areas ot: Education,
the Arts and Heritage, Health, and Economic and Community
Development.
The Trustees apply the income of the Trust to furthering such charitable
urposes for the public benefit as are exclusively charitable according i
he laws of England and Wales
The Consuelo and Anthony Brooke Charitable Trust was established in
January 2013 and during its twelfth full vear of operation (to 5th April
025) received proceeds from the disposal of gifted shares of £136,50
ad made arants of £94 335 to a variety of charitie
The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have full
regard to the Charity Commission's public benefit guidance when
exercising their powers and duties to which the Commission's guidance
is relevant. They further report that Trustees have taken careful note of
the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) as this affects the Trust's
activities. It is Trustees' policy only to make grants to UK registered
charities and not to make any grants to individuals based either in the UK
or overseas, or to overseas charities. Accordingly, in the financial year
ended 5th April 2025, grants were made exclusively to UK registered
charities.

Achievements and performance
The Trustees are pleased to report that during the year to 5 April 2025
the Trust has again, in accordance with its objectives, been able to make
grants to a variety of charities. Subject to receiving further donations, the
Trustees intend to continue to make grants to similar causes in the
coming years.

Financial review
The Trust's cash reserves are deposited with a major international bank.
On 5th April 2025 the Trust held no quoted or unquoted investments. The
Trust maintains cash reserves to cover any short-term liabilities with
remaining balances available for future distribution by way of grants.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF
THE CONSUELO AND ANTHONY BROOKE CHARITABLE TRUST
I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Consuelo and Anthony Brooke Charitable
Trust ("the Charity") for the year ended 5 April 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the Charity's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or
2.
the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
