				The Consuelo and Anthony Brooke Charitable Trust (the Trust) has been
				established to make grants to other charities in the areas of: Education,

				The Consuelo and Anthony Brooke Charitable Trust was established	in
				January, 2013and during its eighth full year ofoperation (to 5th April,
				2021)received proceeds from the disposal of gifted shares of8110,539
				and made grants ofE114,470 to a variety ofcharities in the area of
				Education, the Arts, Community Development and Health.
				The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have	full
				regard to the Charity Commission's public benefit guidance when
				exercising their powers and duties to which the Commission's guidance
				is relevant. They further report that Trustees have taken careful note	of
