## Activities

**Objects:** To relieve sickness and preserve health.1) Through the provision of specialist psychotherapy, counselling and support services, residential and non-residential, to adult survivors of childhood abuse and trauma.2) Through the provision of education and training to churches, other faith-based organisations and the wider communities they serve, to enable them to offer more effective support for survivors of abuse and trauma.3) Through raising awareness about the impact of trauma amongst the general public, and promoting psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.4) Any other charitable activity that promotes psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

**Activities:** Trauma Breakthrough support adult survivors of trauma and abuse.  We provide specialist therapy, support and wellbeing services; crisis support; activities; and mental health courses. We also provide training for friends & family, businesses, churches and other community organisations in how to provide effective support for those struggling with their mental health.
