To promote the physlcal and mental health of people with dlsabllldes whether acqulred at birth, in
childhood or in adult Ilfe, who would otherwise be excluded by enabllng them to enjoy the pleasures
and benefits of taking part in motorsport track events, by the provision of adapted and modlfied
vehlcles, 8longslde other people wlth disabllltfjes and their frlends and family member5.
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of sectlon 4 of the Charlty Act
2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guldance published by the Charity commlsslon for
England and Wales.
Activlties thls year
Events were held at the three maln circults that regularly support Speed Of Sight: Three Slsters,
Wlgan, Teesslde Autodrome, Mlddlesborough and Llandow clrcult In South Wales. In addition, we
had an event at Trac Mon, Anglesey and Drlftland Scotland.
We are Indebted to the clrcults who have donated thelr faclllttes free of charge for us to run events,
we have been made very welcome and the clrcult staff have been very supportlve and understanding
of what we do. We get enquiries and requests from all over the country and are always on the
search for new venues to meet the demand.
Throughout the year we have worked extremely hard in continuing to raise our proflle to get our
message to as many people as possible using soclal media, traditional media and networklng events.
Our volunteer base continues to grow, and we have many kind volunteers wlth a wlde range of skllls,
enthuslasm and posltfjvity. Some of these volunteers travel many miles to support events. In March
we held a tralnlng day for our volunteers to ensure everyone Is aware of new procedures and safety
measures.
Objectives achieved this year
We have directly helped many people with disabilities do something they did not believe was
possible.

Effectiveness
From verbal and wrltten feedback, we know that participants enjoyed the experience Ibuzzingi over-
joyed, exhllarated, dream come true is how people describe thei r feelings after having drlvenl. We
also recelve feedback of partlclpants feellng an Increase In self-esteem and confldence. We have
commlssloned an Impact Report to hlghllght thls effecttveness.
Plans for the future
We will continue to market and promote Speed Of Sight to track clrcults around the UK wlth the
intention of getting more venues for events, maklng the experlence more accesslble. In 2026 we
hope to be able to offer an event In the South of England.
Flnanclal Revlew
The results for the year and the charlty's flnanclal performance at the year end are in the attached
financial statements.
Reserves
The Trustees, pollcy on reserves is to attempt to retain at least three months of current expenditure
to ensure that the trustees and the charity may meet thelr contractual and statutory obllgadons.

The company was incorporated under its Memorandum and Articles on 2, March 2012 and

reglstered as a charlty on 14 January 2013.

Speed of Sight Limited is a charitable holding company. It owns 100% of the share capital of Speed Of
Slght Events Llmlted, a company whlch supports the charltable objectfjves of its parent charity.
