**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CITIES AND COUNTIES OF NOTTINGHAM, DERBY, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND DERBYSHIRE, AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT INCLUDING:(1) THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND TRAINING TO UNEMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS CONCERNING EMPLOYMENT;(2) ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT; AND(3) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OR BUSINESS ADVICE OR CONSULTANCY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE IN CASES OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER CHARITABLE NEED.

**Activities:** Aim: To advance education and relieve unemployment in Nottingham, Derby, Nottinghamshire and Derbushire/surrounding areas by providing avice and training to help prepare those entering the job market and by working with employers and other key partners to orivide assitance to find employment. Providing careers advice, job coaching and careers action planning along with promoting apprenticeships.
