**Objects:** 3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE "OBJECTS") ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 3.1.1 TO RELIEVE THE HARDSHIP AND SUFFERING EXPERIENCED BY WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN OR ARE BEING GRAVELY OR PERSISTENTLY MALTREATED BY THEIR HUSBANDS, CO-HABITEES, FATHERS OF THEIR CHILDREN OR DIVERSE OTHER PERSONS, AND ANY CHILDREN OF SUCH WOMEN OR GIRLS; AND 3.1.2 TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND UNDERTAKE RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENT WORK RELATING TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT AND EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

**Activities:** A COUNSELLING AND HEALING CENTRE FOR WOMEN & GIRLS OVERCOMING EXPERIENCES OF PHYSICAL SEXUAL OR EMOTIONAL VIOLENCE. A TRAINING PROVIDER PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE WITHIN THIS FIELD.
