They had their annual retreat, 50rne weeks of teaching and formation and, thanks to a generous benefattor, some days out for qualSty tlme and relaxation together. The lay members and those disceming the lay branch continued to meet for monthly fomiltlon and fellowship on Zoom and three new lay rnembers made their first promises in July. In September a sister made her first profession of vows in the tonsecrated branch. brin9ing the number of professed sisters to seven. Of these Seven, four are In the stage of Initlal formation as they are temporary professed. Along wlth engaglng in the ommunity's apostollc work, they continue to undertake variou5 Studies with one Studying for a degree in theology, In September. a ltsng-standlng priest frlend of the communlty retlred and came to live with the communlty as Its live-in chaplaln. His presence and ¢ontribution h4ve been greètly appreciated by the 515ter5. Guests were able to joln the sSsters for prayers have spirltual accompanlment from a sister if they wished. In-person pastoral outreach around the county. The sisters led è totsl of four nine-day parish missions around the country in Norfolk. Buckingharnshire. Staffordshire and Hèmpshire V151ting five schoo15 as part of the respective missions. One sister accompanied the Diocese of Nottingham Young Adult5 On the Diocesan pilgrimage tD Lourdes which Included the delivery of several talks. Fundraising for this pro9ressed well in 2025 with a generous response from the general public and several Major benefactors, so much so that in March 2026, the charity purchased the Nrst part of an ideal property for Yihich they had been offered first refusal. The trustees have adopted a reserves poliLy which airns to have cash or cash equivalent to six months, expenditure as a reserve: this airn is currenly met and will be for the foreseeable fvture. The sisters clearly explained how the donation5 would be used for Mary's House Appeal both verbally and in the inftjrmation leaflets and posters provided. MaThy donations were also received from long-standing SUPPOrters of the community.
