Accountant’s Report to the trustees on the unaudited accounts for the year ended 31/05/2023

In accordance with the engagement Letter, and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the charity regulation we have compelled the accounts of the organisation for the year ended 31 May 2023 which comprise the profit and Loss Account,

The notes from the accounting records and information and explanations you have given to us.

The report is made to the organisation’s trustees, as a body in accordance with the terms of our engagement. Our work has been undertaken so that we might compile the accounts that we have been engaged to compile report to the trustees that we have done so and state those matters that we have agreed that the organisation and the trustees, as a body, for your work or for this report to state to them in this report and for no other purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other we have carried out this engagement in accordance with technical guidance issued by the Association for Accounting Technicians and have compiled of accounts. You have not been instructed to carry out an audit of the financial statement. For the reason, we have not verified the Accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanation you have given to us and we do not therefore, express an opinion.

Principal Activities

The charity’s principal activity during the year continued to be providing relief.

• During the year we managed to run Arabic Language Classes for Young people and adult week days

• We had three activities which provided parties, food and gifts to children.
