## **Matter for Attention**

A pattern of increasing year on year deficits has arisen, which was observed and mentioned informally in the 2024/25 accounts examination, and which has continued in 2025/26. Some action has been taken to improve the position for the 2026/27 accounting year, but Trustees need to be aware of the severity of the situation and the impact on medium term liquidity.
