**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE:TO PROMOTE THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING SERVICES DESIGNED TOINCREASE THE AMOUNT OF EFFECTIVE RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO VOLUNTARY SECTOR ORGANISATIONSPRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF KENT, MEDWAY AND ITSENVIRONS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE “AREA OF BENEFIT”)(2) FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE 4:(A) "VOLUNTARY SECTOR" MEANS CHARITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISES.(B) "CHARITIES" ARE ORGANISATIONS WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.(C) "VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISES" ARE INDEPENDENT ORGANISATIONS, WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED FOR PURPOSES THAT ADD VALUE TO THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, OR A SIGNIFICANT SECTION OF THE COMMUNITY, AND WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED BY THEIR CONSTITUTION TO MAKE A PROFIT FOR PRIVATE DISTRIBUTION. **Activities:** Funding for All aims to inspire and empower VCSEs to build fundraising capacity to ensure sustainability. It provides free mentoring that aims to grow the confidence of those supporting the sector when bid writing, generating income and fundraising. It also provides face-to-face training and webinars, funding advice sessions accessible online and in person, and fund information on its website.
