I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
Charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with th& requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by Ihe Charity Commission
under sectlon 145(5}(b) Of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no rnaterial matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examlnatlon whlch glves me
cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not acccrd wilh the accounting records

At present the church is lead by twu elders & three deacons. Mr. Jonathan
Baye8( Pastor), and Mr Brian Wade the elders and Mr Malcolm Hulland, Mr J
Rawson and Mr Philip IlullaJ]d the deacons. Mrs Judith Baker is th¢ treasurer.
Mi Wade, Mr Malcolm Hulland and Mrs Baker are trustees. In addition the following
are 'lrustee8' Mr T Bak"¢r, Mr C B&xter. Mr G Briddon, Mr S Ford, Mr B Gadsby.
Mr L Hirst. Mr T Holmes, Mr K Youn&1 & Mrs Li Young.

Church Membershi
The church membership stands at 26. At least two members m¢¢tingFS are held cvery
ear. All church oificers are elected from the membership & serve for 3 year8 afLer
which they may seek re-election.

Th¢ advancement of God's Kingdom by the proclarnation of the Christian taith &
Gospel, primarily but noi exclusi￿,elY within Stanton Lces, Matlock and the
surrounding district. How il does this is Outlined below.

The Lhurch practices and promotes the Christian faith from the chapel at Stanton Lees
and (rom the Whitworth Centre in nearbv Darley Dale.
* Sunday worship, aft¢moon and evcning.
*The chapel also holds ti well attended rcgular ser¥ ice on a Siinday mornings for the
Tesidei)ts of a local caT¢ home.
* A weekly bible studv and prayer meeiing.
* An annual 13ible Weekend, extendin&y over threc days, attended bv people froin all
over thc UK.
* Wayfinders, A weekly vouth group caiering for primary children from the
%urrounding area. We continue to rcach }roung peopl¢ whose parcnL% have no present
coniiection ivith th¢ LhuTCh.
To all church actt'vities visitors are made most welcome.
All those involTred ivith children have been subject to DBS chccks,
'I'he chapel premis¢5 continue to be uscd bv the Parish Council for their meetings and
ror electiuns.

The ChurLh takes every opportunit5, to weach the Gospcl cspecially to those in tlie
immediate Tricinity,. The annual Bible Weekcnd held ovct thc Awust Bank Holiday
and was very well atteiided.

Financial Rei'iew
During 2024 the chiirch received a to￿ income of £67.-390 suffJ¢ient lo maintain thc
church fabric in good ordÈY and to finance all its ￿tI￿.1t1¢5. Gifts made. out of income
and reserves, to variuus mi&sionarv orgyanisations. to individual missionaries, the
Chrisiian I nstitule and sUpp￿rt for IIK church plant in D¢rby totslled £15,480.
Total expenth'turc amounted to £68,859 includj'ng gifts.
