King George’s Field Shurdington Ltd: Charity Number 1150125
Trustees Annual Report 1 April 2021-31 March 22
As Covid restrictions eased during the year we were able to resume our primary purpose of providing sporting and recreational facilities for the people of Shurdington. Cricket was resumed during the summer of 2021 and football later in the autumn. We also reopened the children’s playground.
Although our usual sources of income were significantly reduced during this period we were able to continue to invest in ground maintenance and new equipment. This was funded by grants from the local authority.
