P•r• I IQ Financial Review Rewew of the charivs financial position at Ihe end of the period Para 1.21 At the year end the charity held £15.7k in the bank account and had agreed in principle to spend funds for the purchase of laptops but had not com leted b the end of the ear. The charity's poll¢y is to hold reserves of approx. £5k which covers 1 year of ongoing costs such as insurance as well as enough money to plan and carry out events for the first half of the year. If the charity is raising funds for a specific project there may be additional reserves held at the year end while the total funds are raised. The reserves retained are all unrestricted funds.
