REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
The aim of our charity is to enhan￿ the quality of life of veterans of war
who have setved In the British Armed Forces.
We help War Veterans of all ages. from all theatres of conflict: wrthin their
own communities.
Our funds are raised through fundraising events and from monetary
donations
The support our charity provides focuses on the person behind the
Veteran and their particular cirCumstan￿s. We see our War Veterans as
individuals
not necessarily as a collective group
which makes our
support meaningful and In some cases, often life changing
At times. we work with a small team of volunteers who continue to
donate their time and expertise freely.
We continue to make annual donations to The Royal British Legion In
Upminster. The War Memorial Trust and The Battle of Bntain Memonal
Trusl. We Provided support to local groups. We made a donation to The
Chelsea Pensioners by way of small individual grants, we have a made
a substantial grant again to St Clement Danes for the creation of a
meeting hub for armed forces personnel.
Oui support continues to Murray Hambro Racing helping financially with
War Veterans training to be motorbike mechanics and made a
substantial donation to a AdamFrancis to create a working garage I
repair workshop. the Veterans Afloat group who use narrowboats as a
source of rehabilitation and holiday homes were also given a grant..
Mr J A Withers has been re-appointed Auditor for the forthcoming year.
