## **Constitution** 

The Fund is constituted by means of a Declaration of Trust dated 19[th] October 2012 and is registered with the Charities Commission No: 1150025. 

## **Trustees** 

The Trustees who have acted during the year were:

## **Objects** 

To or for the relief of the poor or needy, or to or for the benefit of such charitable institutions, societies and objects as the Rotary Club Eastbourne AM shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct. 

## **Principle Activities** 

- To organize and hold fund raising events and collect money from sponsorship donations in order to help needy individuals and organizations. 

## **Review of the Year** 

- It was a very successful year financially. We were again able to fund a respite weekend for disabled young people, help an orphanage in the Ukraine, and numerous local organisations.
